LD Advocacia e Assessoria Jurídica works at the border between Brazilian law and the everyday reality of living in Italy. The focus is support for the citizen: understanding the situation, explaining the applicable rules and following each step before the competent authority.
Our lines of work are legal advice in civil and international law, civil and social security claims in Brazil, guidance for Brazilian immigrants living in Italy, assistance with Brazilian consular procedures, interpreting support (Portuguese/Italian) before the Prefettura, Comune, Questura and at medical appointments, and support with documentation, passports and tax compliance, in Mantova and the surrounding region.
The practice does not provide citizenship recognition services. We promise neither timelines nor outcomes: we offer an honest reading of the case, documents in order and recorded communication at every stage.
